REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST – 15,000 SF RENT FREE SPACE
Channelside will offer 15,000 sf of rent-free, ground-floor Civic/Cultural space across various buildings. We are seeking responses from potential partners to occupy and program the Civic/Cultural spaces and we welcome feedback on spatial configurations, size, use, and timing of the future Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFI is the first step in an exciting process to help shape the Channelside experience, as well as connect and captivate Boston’s communities.
